The MGM project is anticipating Platinum certification for the Casino along with the Armory Renovation in addition to Gold Certification for the Chapel renovation and the LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System. The project includes over 700,000 SF of new construction and renovation. The sustainability features include a 1-Megawatt Photovoltaic solar canopy along with a 450-kw combined heat and power system along with cisterns to reduce potable water use for flushing and irrigation.
